BVCC Fellowship Program

Our Fellowship Program will place students who have participated in the HBCU curriculum, summer internship programs and the student-led fund at venture capital firms for full-time paid investment fellowships for up to 12 months. Fellows will be compensated up to $85,000 per year and will receive additional hands-on investment experience, training, mentoring, and access to networking.

Paid Fellowship

Fellows work as full-time investment professionals at Host VC firms located across the country for up to 12 month, earning a salary of $85,000.

Mentorship

A senior investment professional at each Host VC firm will be directly responsible for developing the judgment and investment acumen of their respective Fellow.

Networking

BVCC and Host VC firms will host quarterly meet-ups for Fellows and investment professionals from the greater VC ecosystem.

Training

Individuals accepted into the Fellowship program will attend a 2-week Fellows training program prior to the commencement of their Fellowship.
